Where do you offer services?
I am based in Denver, CO but available to travel to any location. I love opportunities to plan weddings and events in new places and unique spaces. Whether its’ a mountain top or urban setting, I look forward to making your day amazing.
Do you charge travel fees?
Mileage & travel fees are dependent on the services you book. A general guideline is I will charge mileage & travel for any location beyond 1.5hrs of Denver Metro for planning services (site visits, vendor meetings, etc).
For wedding/event day management services I will only charge mileage for activities outside of your wedding day if it’s within 1.5hrs of Denver. For events booked beyond 1.5hrs drive time, lodging fees may apply
Do you have required vendors you work with?
I have a personal directory of recommended vendors that I share with clients, but I am happy to work with any vendor of your choosing. It is important that you hire vendors that align with your vision.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes! I can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to the venue and other vendors as needed prior to event day.
What’s in your event emergency kit?
All the little things you need for those “just-in-case” moments: sewing kit, fashion tape, charging cords, first aid kit, hairspray, bobby pins, markers, duck-tape, extension cords, extra accessories (black tie, tie clip, socks, etc.) nail glue, nail polish, and so much more.
I bring all of these items so you don’t have to worry about packing a full extra duffle just for stuff you may not even need, making your day easier.
